Peter Neufeld, B. Soc. Sc., J.D.

Peter has a broad commercial and civil litigation practice. He has represented investors before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including the Divisional Court (Wong v. Pretium Resources, 2017 ONSC 3361; LBP Holdings Ltd. v. Allied Nevada Gold Corp., 2016 ONSC 5326 and 2016 ONSC 6037). Prior to joining Gilbertson Davis LLP, Peter worked as an associate at a class action boutique and as legal counsel to the Investor Protection Clinic, Canada’s first legal clinic dedicated to providing legal advice to investors.

Peter obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2016. During law school, Peter was a Fellow at Stanford Law School’s CodeX: The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics. Prior to law school, Peter worked as an Enforcement Support Officer at the Competition Bureau of Canada’s Criminal Matters Branch.
