Nazanin Aleyaseen, B.A. (HONS.), LL.B.

Nazanin practises civil litigation focusing on insurance defence including occupier's liability, construction, property and casualty losses, personal injury, and subrogated claims.

  Nazanin is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School where she obtained her LL.B. in 2004.  While in law school Nazanin was a Research Assistant for three professors including the Associate Dean; her research focused on civil procedure, tax law and labour law.  While a Research Assistant she helped with the editing of a chapter in the civil procedure text book, The Civil Litigation Process: Cases and Materials, 6th ed. (Toronto: Emond Montgomery Publishing, 2005) 525-613.
 
Nazanin currently sits on the Board of the Iranian Canadian Lawyers Asociation and is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Toronto Insurance Women's Association and the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto.
