		Jonathan J. Weisman, M.A., LL.B.
		Jonathan J. Weisman joined Gilbertson Davis Emerson LLP as an articling student in 2007, and became an associate with the firm upon his call to the bar in 2008. Jonathan clerked for the Caribbean Court of Justice in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad in 2006.
		Jonathan received his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2007, where he was awarded the Law Society of Upper Canada's Award of Excellence on graduation. He holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University (2002) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies from Queen's University (1999).
		Jonathan practises civil litigation with a focus on insurance in the areas of coverage, subrogation, product liability, personal injury defence, property damage, negligence, construction, and occupier's liability.
		Jonathan is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Osgoode Society.
