Jody W. Iczkovitz, B.Sc. (ENG.), LL.B.

Jody W. Iczkovitz joined Gilbertson Davis Emerson LLP as an articling student in 2006 and became an associate with the firm upon his call to the Bar in June 2007. He graduated from Queen’s University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Engineering (Hons.) and an LLB in 2006.

Jody practises civil litigation with a focus on insurance law in the areas of coverage, subrogation, occupiers’ liability, personal injury, property damage, negligence, product liability, and professional liability.

Jody is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Medico-Legal Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
