Enquiry – Legal Services

If your enquiry concerns legal services within one of our many practice areas, our Intake Coordinator will correspond with you to request the names of adverse parties in your dispute in order to complete a conflict search. If there is no conflict, our Intake Coordinator will usually offer an Initial Consultation with one of our lawyers at a mutually convenient time.

Please note that while we appreciate your interest in Gilbertson Davis LLP, we are not able to offer either a contingency retainer or any retainer for loss less than $100,000.

Enquiry – Appointment of Arbitrator or Mediator

If your enquiry concerns the potential appointment of an arbitrator, mediator, med-arb practitioner, neutral evaluator, umpire or appraiser, our Intake Coordinator will correspond with you to request the names of adverse parties in your dispute in order to complete a conflict search.  If there is no conflict, one of the members of Gilbertson Davis LLP Arbitration and Mediation Chambers will contact you to provide availability, fee rates and our standard terms of appointment.
