Rhea has over 10 years of experience in Ontario and India in complex civil and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration (including investor-state arbitration), corporate and transactional work and is also trained as a mediator.

Rhea has acted as corporate and litigation/arbitration counsel for large businesses, primarily in Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Asia across industries including banking and financial services, information technology, aerospace and defence, construction and infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy and manufacturing.

Her practice is focused on commercial and insurance litigation, arbitration and mediation in disputes involving businesses, partnerships and shareholders, including oppression remedy claims and derivative actions, joint venture disputes, commercial contracts, fraud recovery, sale of goods, outsourcing contracts, franchisee claims, and international sale of goods, construction, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, including US and other foreign judgments, trademark, technology and internet litigation.
